Formerly Performant 1.1 Release

Added BetterF3 and tweeked config files for no FPS drop during F3 is enabled
Added Flywheel for Tile entity optimization (no longer severe performance drop when ~1000 tile entities are in view)
Added Just Enough Keys for making it easier to avoid key conflicts
Added Passthrough Signs. you can now open chests even when theres a sign blocking it (yay)
Added Inventory Sorter. you can sort inventories much easier
Added Clickable advancements, it allows you to click on advancements in chat
Added WTHIT (What the hell is that?) and tweeked config files. Hovering over items in creative mod makes you see what mod its from
Removed Oculus due to incompatibility with Flywheel (also leather tunic item texture isnt messed up in this version anymore)
