FastWorkbench config fixed (wasnt showing recipe book which made Better Recipe Book useless)

Removed Config files that are no longer needed
GeckoLib is removed because not needed
Borderless Window is removed due to the loading screen being unable to minimize
Dimension Fix is removed because its a fabric mod and redundant (how did i not notice this?)
Updated all mods to the latest version
