forgot to add recipe to iron nugget - this made modpack progres dead

new revive system should be better - this is help for multi-player old system was buggy when player was shot in head that was instant dead in gardcore word this hurts. New system feels more flexible too

Now all should works I try to realise server pack for this version. if i spot bug pack will be on second version .
