MODPACK ACTUALLY WORKS NOW!!!! YAYYYY!

Modpack isn't in ALPHA anymore.

Removes all alex's caves stuff because they don't work with this modpack (I added alex's cave stuff for CBC Nuclear to add nuclear cannons to simulate modern nukes).

disables lexi config and simple vc radio (I will enable them once they work, might delete them in V1.6 if they still don't work).

Updates everything but SBW because MCSP isn't updated to it's new version.
