Added some new mods

-Better Diving

-Mekanism and the other Mods that are linked to it

-Mr crayfish Vehicle Mod (Why not)

And removed some ofc

-Flans mod and all other Mods linked to it

-Neat

And thats it for the most part
I've done some changes to the Modpack and hopefully its going to be working great
bc I've played with 75 FPS like the most time so its running good

And some improvements and Bug fixes

This could be the last Version for now,maybe there is going to be something but don't expect that
