IT'S BEEN A MINUTE!!!

How have ya'll been? Good? Bad? Mmhm Mhmm I see.

WELL, Now that we've all gotten aqainted once more I think it's time we talk about what happened durring my long hiatus. It all started-

Huh? you want to hear what version 2.1 brings to the game? You don't actually care what happened while I was gone?  WELL FINE THEN I SEE HOW IT IS.

Jokes aside, I am very excited to be back and this update addes a plethora of changes, new additions, and more! This update is just a small part of a bigger update that will bring some new changes to gameplay, possibly adding MORE NIGHTS! and of course, LOTS OF LOOOOREEEEE. Now. Without further ado, FNAF: The Longest Night v2.1 Changelog:

 


 

Major additions

  • Players now have the ability to sprint for a short amount of time
  • The standard Animatronics are now slightly faster to balance new player speed
  • Reworked the Dining room to be more… Animatronic friendly…
  • Removed North Dining room exit
  • Players can now partially restore an office's power by using only 2 batteries instead of only 4. (I hope this change balances out any lack of battery spawning that may occur)
  • Updated the visuals of the generators to prevent accidental "oops I opened a menu instead of pressing the button"
  • Generators have updated audio(audios?)
  • Moved Hallway Office generator to the east laser tag entrance for better accessibility.
  • Remnant will no longer spawn in containers, meaning players will have to lure animatronics to doors and close them out in order to earn remnant. (This is a temporary change until I implement a better way to passively collect remnant)
  • Removed some vents in certain areas (like the bathroom) that wern't as useful.

 

Minor additions

  • Added a camera shake effect to add immersion to the movement
  • Made it VERY clear when you die due to lack of remnant as to why you died due to LACK OF REMANT
  • Increased stack size to 100 (This will be useful later I swear)
  • Fixed "give me feedback" button not linking correctly and added link to the discord in the pause menu
  • Menu loading screens have a snazzy (but temorary until I can figure out how this godforsaken mod works) look to them!
  • Players can now see their own bodies! (not… in a weird way I swear…)
