### ✨ Added
- **Apotheotic Additions**
  - Expands and complements the Apotheosis ecosystem
  - Adds additional depth to gear, progression, and late-game customization

### ⚖️ Balance Changes
- **Mob Level Scaling**
  - Reduced level scaling from **0.1 level per block** to **0.01 level per block**
  - Results in smoother difficulty progression and fewer extreme level spikes
- **Torchmaster (Mega Torch)**
  - Increased mob spawn prevention radius to **128 blocks**
  - Improves base safety and reduces spawn management overhead
