Recipe Changes Update!

Added:
- Global Packs Version 19.3.7 (For datapacks)
- Custom Item! Diamond Sheet! You can craft it via Create Press!
- Custom Item! Iron Double Sheet! Used for Mekanism [WIP Can be Crafting, Cannot be used further than that yet)

Removed:
- BedrockOres (Too OP)

Changes 
- Allot of Armor now requires create to craft!
- Copper Armor now has 3 tiers. Ice and Fire Copper Armor, Tiered Progression Copper Armor, then Create SA Copper Armor.
