Description

Fleshblock: A Beta Preview

Please Note: Fleshblock is currently in early beta development and is far from a complete experience. Expect bugs, missing features, and potential instability.

Fleshblock is a modpack concept inspired by the progression styles of popular block-based survival packs like Skyblock, Stoneblock and Oceanblock, but re-imagined with a deeply twisted, pervasive horror theme.

Start by popping pusbubbles, this gets you access to the first tool tier.

  • Detritus: Obtained as nuggets with a 45% chance from breaking Pus Bubbles found in the biome. Nine detritus nuggets can be crafted into one detritus ingot, which is used to craft tools.
  • Gristle: Obtained with a 50% chance from breaking Eyebulbs. Gristle serves as the replacement for sticks in crafting.
  • Crafting Table : Crafted using 4 blocks of flesh.
  • Drying Rack : Used to turn flesh into dried flesh, which can be used for building.
  • Flesh Pod: A chest replacement using dried flesh and bone. Can be placed upside down!
  • Nephrolith: Found as budding blocks in the higher levels of the world.
  • Corpus Nodes: Growths that drop various organs.
  • Stem Cells: gained by tilling flesh.
  • Hair Follicles: gained by breaking hair, van be planted.
  • Organ Germs: Crafted with... hair? and organs?
  • Boogers: They are for... eating?
  • Nephrolith: Grows from budding blocks (like amethyst) near the top of Thulmaru.
  • Fat Deposits: Found near the bottom of Thulmaru
  • Gates: Craft gates for progression, spawning in monsters from the outside to aid in your progression.

The First Gate you want to make, is the Creeping Loose Gate. Progressing through these will unlock the Blaze Gate.

More features and progression is still in development! currently, you can get to iron even though you cannot smelt anything. Can you figure it out?
