Made the oceans more interesting:
Made more Algae generate on the seabed.
Made splotches of Loamy Dirt, Sandy Dirt and Silty Dirt replace Dirt, Sand and Gravel respectively at the bottom of oceans.
Mixed the occasional piece of Cobblestone in with the Gravel on the seabed.
Put Pebbles on the occasional piece of grass in order to introduce random variation.
Added the IronJetpacks mod and configured it to introduce 3 Tiers of Jetpacks, each corresponding with the 3 Tiers of Heavy-Duty Plates as well as the Chargers mod to charge them.
Added a Tier 2 Rocket Engine used to craft the Tier 2 Rocket and the Tier 2 Jetpack.
Changed the options background to Large Hexagonal Plating in the First Mole on the Moon resource pack.
Reduced the scale of the Chute when in the player's hand or dropped on the ground.
Changed some of the energy units to RF to be more consistent.
