Changes:

• Many balance tweaks, including easier to obtain bronze/plates/machines and made Iron/Copper/Tin/Redstone more common
• Changed starter inventory to be more helpful
• While Minecolonies is being tested, all players start with a free town hall.  Do not lose it, you only get one.
• Returned oceans to spawning normally (for now, still looking for a way to reduce them, for now try to avoid ocean happy seeds)
• Turned off custom explosions (will tweak later, creepers were leaving giant dirt craters yet barely damaging anything else)
• Re-enabled Quantum Quarry
