Additional fixes and config changes.

[!IMPORTANT] This update addresses the glaring issue of the menu soundtracks playing while in a world in addition to making Weather2's recipes cheaper and other fixes. The rest of the changelog can be read below.

    • Fixed the Novice Spellbook requiring Aether's Gravitite Tools. Now requires Aether's Zanite tools like it should have been or Malum's Soulstained tools. I forgot to change the recipe back to that before rushing out the previous release.
    • Fixed Functional Storage's cherry drawers not requiring Monobanks to be crafted.
    • Fixed Woodworks chests not being able converted back to the vanilla chest.

    • Fixed Quark ladder recipes because apparently I was asleep writing the recipes on 1.19.2.
    • Finality Core should no longer be giving the deprecated Patchouli book on startup.
