Design note

This patch focuses on Wing of the Wild Stalker only. Because the relic is very strong, it no longer drops from chests. Players earn it through exploration and archaeology, then craft it from fragments and an Arcane Feather — so the power level is intentional and discoverable, not a random chest jackpot.
