Balance Update

This update introduces balance changes reducing mob spawns to make it less annoying to survive at night while keeping the challenge. It also now features pitch black darkness for players that aren't running the shaderpack.

Changes

• Added true darkness option by default for people that aren't running shaders
• Added optional Hysteria Shaders, a better performing successor of Insanity (will not be enabled by default until the 1.20.1 drops)
• Reduced spawn groups of spore infected mobs
• Reduced spawn groups of box of horrors mobs in the overworld
• Greatly reduced spawn groups of box of horrors mobs in the nether
• Made creepers explode walls 50% less frequent, and made their launch event be super rare. Kamikaze creepers that breach bases to help out mobs get in are also 50% rarer now
• Fixed textures being black on macOS while using shaders
