Then you will enjoy fauncraft! It's a mod pack I put together based on my personal tastes and mods I wanted to play, like Astral Sorcery and Animania. I geared it towards fancy magic, fancy machines, and cute animals. Note: MoCreatures isn't in it, but might be in the future.
fauncraft is not lightweight and needs around 6 gigs of ram to run well. Sorry, it's Java.
I intend to keep fauncraft updated to the latest Minecraft versions, as possible, and the latest mod versions. Keep an eye out for updates.
NOTE: this is NOT the 1.7.2 project also named fauncraft and is unaffiliated. It has a 2 on it because I had to do SOMETHING. :)
