Fartopia Redeemed

Added the entire suite of Macaw's mods, where applicable. Better animations, over the shoulder cameras, effective, more decorative blocks, and a new mob control configurator thing! Im gonna work on spawn rates because while I love the mobs in the haywire robots mod, they can be a bit much for my skill level and intended difficulty for this pack. For now though, its just a tool for you to use if you want. Oh yeah more movement options! Ive got triple jumps set up in the config but that might be OP lol but thats fartopia babey!
