Farming Harvest

config:
- disable vanilla mobs, it's too op considering the meal sale price
- also disabled chicken from throwing vailla eggs
- actually addition rice spawning is disabled, you can now buy the rice in the general store
Scripts:
- lowered the price for worm
- added shapeless recopies to convert harvest festival crops, eggs, and milk to Pam's HarvestCraft equivalent
- formula for pricing Pam's Harvest Craft Meals now is proportional to the square of the hunger they restore
- This is to encourage crafting really hard to make meals

- Added the following items to the stores:

- disabled vanilla hoes

Stores:
- added most Harvest Festival tools to the carpenter (the switching vanilla tools for Harves Festival tool seems a bit bugged)
- General: clay
- Poultry: egg
- Animal: fresh milk
