Added the following items to the stores:
  - Carpenter: netherrack, flint
  - General Store: glowstone, ghast tear, worm
  - Blacksmith:  iron ingot, gold ingot
  - Poultry/Animal: golden lasso (for putting the animals away when you are not on the server)

 

Configs:
  - Disabled ActuallyAdditions worms from grass (way to OP) and caves generation.
