Mods:

- Added vanilla plus tools

Quests:
- "Sending Mail" quest no longer gate progress to other quests
- Added a "Make your first tent!" quest to help guide users to build the Large Beduin correctly.

Scripts:
- Added nerfed recipes for tent wall pieces from nomadic tents (stick replaced with iron ingots), in case players accidentally crafted cosmetic tent wall blocks and not able to make a large bedouin. The idea of this is to make it harder (but not impossible) for players to make tents without going through the questing system.
- Nerfed recipes for nomadic tent cross beams (replaced two sticks in the recipe for 1k storage parts). The idea of this is to make it harder (but not impossible) for players to make mega tents without going through the questing system.
- Nerfed the recipe for emerald boots (the regular recipe is way to easy to make with how easy it is to earn emeralds in this modpack)
