Config changes
- Reworked how Farming Crossing 4 npc's trades are updated with the seasons. Hopefully this would address the issue with the npc's trades not updating properly for the seasons.
- Sam now also buys jellyfish, blob fish, flying fish, box turtle, and leeches with miles tickets
- Added some missing hats to Bernina's shop, collection quests, and collection bundles in the market
