- Added more structures to the world generation!  This should effect existing world gen in existing worlds.  To see new world gen in those worlds, simply explore in chunks you haven't explored before.

- Added missing observation quest for crabs
- Decreased major structures spawn rates for when dungeons arise
- Added running shoes to market (an alternative to the stepping enchantment)
