Race Changes

  • Sea elf attack speed changed to 1.10 from before it was 2 times base, now its just add 1.10
  • Sea elf drink effect lasts 5 minutes from before it was 10 seconds
  • Orcs cramp effects have been deceased by 1 and his general hunger consumption has been increase from +0.3 to +0.5 he needs to eat more
  • Dwarf brew cooldown has been lowered from it taking around 2 min to around 45 seconds
  • Dwarf new power of break range and place range was +10 now is +3 so he can place and break further ahead
