Added forge/dusts tags to Create Crushed Ores to let them play properly with other mods (and in the process fix a few automatically generated crushed ores that also lacked a blasting/washing recipe so had no way to process them into ingots at all???)

Also added a bunch of Minecraft/Create/Embellishcraft cobblestone<->stone recipes that were very oddly lacking? No idea what was going on there.

Added Mana-2-RF and Simple Sponge, and removed Crumbs, too.

--- Note, Hotfix from 1.0.7 (which was archived) because Spatial Harvester's update broke server.
