Config Changes

- Disabled Hoe Harvesting

       it just was annoying
- Disabled Quark underground worldgen
       so there is no problem with Better Caves
- Disabled Matrix enchantment
       because it didn't really fit in
- Disabled Totem of Holding
        it just got in the way of the gravestone
