Based on the rpg Fallout Origins with some improvements like Roost and Oil locations and manufacturing of it in world gen and the removal of NuclearCraft.

Required to set world Generation to BoP Lost Cities and select world fallout. Other wise world gen will not load in the correct world generation but default Minecraft settings.
