  1. Positive Multipliers: All positive sanity sources are multiplied by 1.0.
  2. Being near Pets: Gains +0.15 sanity per second.
  3. Walking on Dirt Paths or Carpets: Gains +0.09 sanity per second.
  4. Nearby Jukebox Playing Pleasant Melody: Gains +0.08 sanity per second.
  5. Nearby Campfire (if lit): Gains +0.1 sanity per second within a 4-block radius.
  6. Sleeping: Restores +50.0 sanity.
  7. Spawning a Baby Chicken: Gains +5.0 sanity.
  8. Earning an Advancement: Gains +20.0 sanity.
  9. Breeding Animals: Gains +9.0 sanity.
  10. Successful Villager Trade: Gains +20.0 sanity.
  11. Shearing Animals: Gains +5.0 sanity.
  12. Consuming Food: Gains +0.8 sanity per half-drumstick restored.
  13. Fishing: Gains +1.3 sanity per item caught.
  14. Potting a Flower: Gains +4.0 sanity.

  6. Being in Darkness: Loses -0.15 sanity per second in light levels of 4 or lower.
  7. Being Stuck in Blocks: Loses -0.09 sanity per second.
  8. Nearby Jukebox Playing Unsettling Melody: Loses -0.11 sanity per second.
  9. Damage Taken: Loses -1.0 sanity for each point of damage taken.
  10. Hurting Peaceful Animals: Loses -0.5 sanity per damage point (doubled for baby animals).
  11. Pet Death: Loses -60.0 sanity.
  12. Trampling Farmland: Loses -2.0 sanity.
