Sanity Increases:
- Positive Multipliers: All positive sanity sources are multiplied by
1.0. - Being near Pets: Gains +0.15 sanity per second.
- Walking on Dirt Paths or Carpets: Gains +0.09 sanity per second.
- Nearby Jukebox Playing Pleasant Melody: Gains +0.08 sanity per second.
- Nearby Campfire (if lit): Gains +0.1 sanity per second within a 4-block radius.
- Sleeping: Restores +50.0 sanity.
- Spawning a Baby Chicken: Gains +5.0 sanity.
- Earning an Advancement: Gains +20.0 sanity.
- Breeding Animals: Gains +9.0 sanity.
- Successful Villager Trade: Gains +20.0 sanity.
- Shearing Animals: Gains +5.0 sanity.
- Consuming Food: Gains +0.8 sanity per half-drumstick restored.
- Fishing: Gains +1.3 sanity per item caught.

- Hunger: Loses -0.2 sanity per second when food levels are at or below 8 (4 drumsticks).
- Looking at an Enderman: Loses -5.0 sanity per second for 5 seconds.
- Being Near Monsters: Loses -0.1 sanity per second (doubled if the monster is aggressive).
- Being in Darkness: Loses -0.15 sanity per second in light levels of 4 or lower.
- Being Stuck in Blocks: Loses -0.09 sanity per second.
- Nearby Jukebox Playing Unsettling Melody: Loses -0.11 sanity per second.
- Damage Taken: Loses -1.0 sanity for each point of damage taken.
- Hurting Peaceful Animals: Loses -0.5 sanity per damage point (doubled for baby animals).
- Pet Death: Loses -60.0 sanity.
- Trampling Farmland: Loses -2.0 sanity.
- Teleporting to Another Dimension: Loses -10.0 sanity.
- Being Struck by Lightning: Loses -30.0 sanity.
- Consuming Negative Items: Items like pufferfish, poisonous potatoes, spider eyes, rotten flesh, chorus fruits, and ender pearls decrease sanity by values ranging from -1 to -5.
- Breaking Certain Blocks: Breaking blocks like infested stones decreases sanity by -8.0.
- Being Around Insane Players: Loses -0.12 sanity per second when near players with sanity below 50%.
