Rework the portal mechanic by adding specific block to build thems
The pack contain Pluto, Earth, Earth's Moon and Venus (plus the nether and the end, but it's more as a side quest now)
The pack is in active development, not finished yet but completely playable for a good amount of time!
Approximately 10 to 15% has been done! You can run the pack with 4go of ram, but the more the better! (Recommanded 8 to 10 for better performances!)
