Minor Patch and fabric loader update pt2

Aims to resolve conflicts and issues from most of the performance mods, nailed down the issue with connectivity, and removed some mods that were causing more memory usage and inconsistent performance than we wanted. We added other mods that were mostly feature based to allow for more decorations, more efficient backups, and better server performance. We're still going to work on this, and continue to update as time goes on and we discover more issues.

SINCE THIS PACK REMOVES KEY MODS WE RECOMMEND YOU MAKE A NEW WORLD

• We cannot stress this enough that updating to this pack will most likely make your old worlds not work, and unless you know what you're doing, it's a lot safer to start fresh.
• Note this pack was tested a variety of hardware, but we don't guarantee it to work on yours. We've tested servers between 8gb -> 16gb of RAM and it's more stable with the ZGC and Aikar's flags.
