The darkness make the night a horrible thing to survive...
All the other hostile mobs like creeper,skeleton,zombie,witch and enderman got banned from the world to make sure you 'll only fight the wendigo...
There's some tools that you can use to fight against the wendigo like hunters knife and a flare...
The overworld is now more better with terrains and structures to make search around better and there's a guard villager to protect the villagers from the thing that hide the darks to wait to the right moment to hunt...
