More instability to resolves. The Lycanites Mobs reconfiguration worked wonders, we now have the mob diversity without the insane lag.

Discovered my issue with Realistic Terrain Generation is because I have world generated with a previous version. Therefore we will not be updating it until our current server world becomes corrupt and in need of a wipe.
Updated Backpacks!, Silent Lib, Silent's Gems, Better Foliage, RebornCore, & TechReborn.
Remove Gentle Harvest as it was causing a dupe issue with Planttech also lycanites mobs as it blew a huge gasket again!
