Extreme 1.9 Mega Pack

Updated to Forge 1906.

Removed BiomeTweaker as it was throwing an exception when anyone tried to use the help system and as such made help unavailable.

Added Backpacks! as they are more awesome than the other backpack and bag mods out and you can do more with them. You can even make quantum backpacks that are linked to a quantum chest and shared with only those you trust!

Added WorldEdit and WorldEditCUI which are useful for Server Admin and players in creative mode. The latter provides a visual indication of what is being selected in the client.

Search for mods that I could add that would add the /tpa command, none currently exist, there is a system I can add via command block, it's not simple but it will give you want you want, I can import it using WorldEdit. We'll give it a shot but it won't be in the pack, just on my multiplayer server.

I have asked some mod authors that make teleportation commands for servers to update to 1.9. I'm not gonna hold my breath. I might have to code this mod myself. Not really wanting to, I'll mull it over and see what happens. Here's hoping someone beats me to it.

Update other outdated mods.

Reconfigured Lycanites Mobs to not be so intense on the spawning on my server.

Added Not Enough Wands because we don't have enough utility mods apparently.

Added Redstone Paste.

Still not updating Realistic Terrain Generation as the current new version hasn't been updated beyond my bug report.

Added Ye Olde Tanks and Sleeping Bag.

Removed Elements of Power due to a server ending bug.
