Extra Things - Reloaded

This modpack attempts to increase the difficulty of the game by changing the way you enter The Neither or The End. Limiting the amount of hearts you start out with and adding a difficulty meter to the game to scale the health and damage of mobs.

- Added new config value "disallowItem" that makes it possible to specify items that cannot be put into backpacks
- Tuned max resistance and regeneration levels a bit to prevent unkillable entities

- Fixes crash when dispensers place backpack above or below
- Fixes stonecutter input to save properly even if player exited game immediately after changing its input
- Fixes pump to only fill / drain fluid handler item in hand if it's not stacked. Stacked items would cause liquid loss / dupe bugs
- Fixes insert logic to not be confused by memory slots and continue inserting into empty slots that follow empty memorized slots. Also fixes tool swapper not to delete tools when memory slots are set.
- Fixes tooltips that are supposed to split into multiple lines which wouldn't split sometimes
