Now dragons only spawn in the overworld

- Because of the several problems of dragons spawning in other dimensions, I decided to spawn dragons only in the overworld.

Biomes O' Plenty applied properly

- Global config of BOP was not applied before. I fixed this.

Now the redstone dynamo is craftable

- Now the Thermalfoundation gold gear is compatible.

Maximilian leggings and boots are now craftable

- Now the Thermalfoundation steel plate is compatible.

Moar Tinkers Elementium is disabled

- To enable Mirion, I disabled Moar Tinkers Elementium so now only the PlusTiC Elementium is available.

Armor Toughness Bar

- Because of overlaps with Overloaded Armor Bar mod, this mod is removed.

- Some mods do not consider the ruin of strongholds and ender portal. This mod helps to prevent ender portal ruin.
