<Bug Fixes>

- Now the server pack will work finely. Sorry for disturb if you already encountered several server-side crashes.

- Small readme added. Just a small description of how to run the server properly.

- 'LaunchServer.bat' file is added. If you hack this file with a text editor, you can realize several running options. As a server provider, you can change some options here. Also, if you are not working on windows, you can get some hints from this to make a bash file.
