Authors Note:
+ Hardcore Revival makes players who receive lethal damage fall into a K.O. state, glow for easier finding, and allows them to *be revived* by another player.  Works in Non-Hardcore worlds as well!  Note that if you hit the [Accept your Fate] button you will not respawn immediately!  You'll need to hit [Esc] as well to close out of the chat window and properly respawn.  
   ! Adjustments:
      5min KO timer (up from 2min)

      30tick/1.5sec Revival timer (down from 40t/2s)

      25% hp on revival (up from 5%)
