Updated a bunch of mods that have had updates the past few months. Took out ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Villages since it causes immense lag on servers. Also took out Rotten Flesh to Leather, Swing Through Grass, and Horse Combat mods. Added Skeleton Horse Spawn, Tiny Skeletons, and Nether Skeletons mods.
