What's new

* As the world stabilizes itself, you find yourself more calm than anything. How many times has it been now that you've loaded into a new save, freed another
world of dragons, and continued the cycle? It seems endless really. Nothing more than a dream. Maybe even it somehow felt like both a good and bad dream.
That matters not. The Aurorian, Twilight Forest, and Void are all directly connected to each other now, an event completely and utterly unprecedented. It may
stay that way for a while, but it's better than the latter and especially what came before. You can rest easy knowing the world has found new peace and
although the dragons still have a major presence, it's like the world itself knows you have the means to protect it at large, and that is more than good
enough. Though the story has ended, YOU still continue, almost as if creating new pages in a book meant to be read for ages. The very world you've known
however, continues to shift and morph in different ways. Is this just nature's natural course or by the collective hands of the otherworldly dimensions?
- The Tough as Nails campfire has been disabled. It's a worse version of the FutureMC one.
- Tough as Nails block temperatures are being rebalanced in the following ways;
- - Almost all torches are being added to the blocks list, default ones have a temperature of 8.
- - Redstone torches have a temperature of 5.
- - Silentwood torches have a temperature of 6, better than Redstone, but colder than normal torches.
- - Moon torches have a temperature of 7, better than Silentwood, but still colder than normal torches.
- - Dread torches have a temperature of 2, extremely cold.
The only two torch items left without a temperature are burnt out torches and torchberry plants.
- Magma's temperature was increased from 12.5 to 13.
- The disabled Tough as Nails campfire has a temperature of 1 down from 10.
- The temperature of FutureMC campfires was increased from 10 to 11.
- While flowing lava will stay at 15 temperature, still lava will be increased from 15 to 20.
- The temperature of lit furnaces was increased from 10 to 10.3.
- The Auroranite Axe can now chop up to 5000 connected wood blocks instead of 256. I'm not joking when I say this is required for the Twilight Forest trees.
Be careful though, this is really costly on your axe's durability! The biggest Twilight Forest trees even through Unbreaking 3 will take over half of the
durability off it.
- The bonus health of Platinum, Adamantine, Sanguinite, Kalendrite, and Black Steel has been disabled. The only Metallurgy item that gives bonus health now
is the Tartarite Chestplate.
- The reach distance of Desichalkos has been nerfed from 3 to 1.
- Updated the Metallurgy tooltips for Desichalkos to reflect the reach distance nerf.
- Changed the Strange Meat's text from "Huge chunk of meat, will take a while to eat! Finishing it will give you a random buff!" to "A chunk of mysterious
meat that can be enchanted to never run out."
- Changed the text of the Aurorian portal bricks to "Found in the Void after its portal transforms. Bring a clock to ignite the new frame!".
- Removed the "Has a chance to break every craft." from the Crystal's text, updating it to "Place on a scrapper to speed it up!".
- Changed Bepsi's text from "How'd this get here??" to "I'm aware this is unfunny. Not like it can be removed though."
- Changed the Moon Torch's text from "Patreon Item!: Antonio P" (which is really cool it was a patreon item btw, not taking away from that but y'know, I
gotta keep up the in-game larp somehow) to "A torch heralded by the Moon Queen. Burns everbright, yet colder than a normal torch."
- Made the C in the Moon Shield's text in the word "Charge" lowercase.
- Changed the Silkberry Jam's text from "Tasty!" to "Not the best meal around, but still good!".
- Changed the Spectral Armor's text from "Has a %s chance to cleanse negative effects when attacking!" to "Has a scaling chance with each armor piece to
cleanse negative effects when attacking!". Each individual piece adds 6%, scaling up to 24%.
- Changed the Spectral Silk's text from "Obtained from Spirits." to "An ectoplasmic-esque material used to craft negative effect cleansing armor.".
- Changed the Aurorian Mushroom's text from "Bouncy!" to "The Aurorian's fabled mushroom variant which can be found in Mushroom Caves underground in the
dimension."
- Added "Used to make seeds and bread." to the Lavender's text.
- Added "Farmed and grown like normal seeds." to the Lavender Seed's text.
- Changed the text of the "Blue, but eatable!" advancement to "Blue, but edible!".
- Changed the text of The Aurorian advancement from "Visit The Aurorian" to "Find The Aurorian Dimension through the void".
- Added "Soon, even the Twilight will be felled!" to the Aurorianite Axe's text.
- Spaced out "Rightclick" in the Chimney's text.
- Removed the hyphen on "Right-click" in the Queen's Chipper text.
- The bonus crit damage of Chaos Crit has been nerfed from 3.2 to the lowest minimum; 1.2.
- The text of Chaos Crit was changed to reflect this.
- The Broken Evasion effect of Shadow Iron has been disabled.
- The Diver effect of Deep Iron has been disabled.
- The Eclipse effect of Shadow Steel has been disabled.
- Removed the hypen in "Sneak-click" in the Locator's text.
- The Spooky Forest, while not being the most eerie biome out there, carries a bit of mystery to it. What caused all the trees in this biome to die, carrying
nothing but husks of trees around with cobwebs dotting the landscape throughout? Who created the graveyards with wraiths and zombies causing the deceased to
rise once more, attacking any living being that dare to enter? What causes the sky around it to turn purple? No one is quite sure. However, the trees are
awfully creaky here. This is very similar to another biome that you may already be familiar with. Perhaps this strange magical biome is a distant cousin to
it...
- wind.mp3 has been renamed to windvoid.mp3.
- Forsaken and Skeleton Warriors can now wear Metallurgy armor. This is because they typically wield swords and can make much better use of the armor unlike
regular Skeletons. I know this is a bit of an evil decision in relation to the Skeleton King fight, but it's fine. Trust.
- The notes that should be read before playing have been updated to include the fact that the game crashes without some of the mods I can't include in the
modpack being installed, these being JEI, Item Stages, Mixinbooter, Optifine, and Worldgen Block Replacer.
