Initial beta release! Still in testing instance, but now way more playable than before

-Updated Neoforge to 21.1.131

-Updated some mods

-Reversed FTB Library version to 2101.1.9 due to crashing in the newest version

-Added some Vic's Point Blank extra packs

-Added some benchmark and optimization mods (such as Observable and Ksyxis)

-Added L_Ender's Cataclysm and better weaponry

-Made the Block Facade mod now work with shafts from Create and Create addons

-Fixed a bug that after you exit a world and tried to rejoin or tried to create a new world, it would display an error

-Some more changes were made I didn't take note
