major update, replacing the worldgen datapack with its mod counterpart and updating over 50 mods!

- added Exosphere Worldgen, replacing the Exosphere Worldgen Datapack
- added Steam 'n' Rails
- removed Aileron, most players got confused with the Elytra changes, not my cup of tea
- updated 53+ mods
recourcepacks:
- added Subtle Font Tweaks
- updated 1 resourcepack
other:
- disabled custom tooltips on non Simply+ mods
- removed "chunk sending" mod from serverpacks
- increased ore generation on air exposure for all affected ores - removed example neoforge stuff
- Create-Ore-Excavation: veins are limited to 512(prev. infinite)
- Create-Ore-Excavation: Max number of extractor per ore vein limited to 16 (prev. infinite)
- Create-Ore-Excavation: Vein Finder use cooldown in ticks increased to 160 (prev. 100)
