- Fixed a few quests:
- imperial bee (forestry) quest should not consume the item.
- runic matric (thaumcraft) dependency should be on the lamp of cinders (not the inverted empowered potentia).
- extractor (evilcraft) quest should not consume the item.
- blood infuser (evilcraft) was not be detected because nbt data.
- removed all but the first flux capacitor quest, as I cannot make them trigger individually
- Restrict recurrentcomplex to vanilla dimensions only.
- Fixed tier 2 mysticalagriculture seed crafting in the arcane workbench (require terra vis crystals, not herba).
- Fixed reinforced and resonant thruster recipes.

- rearragned some of the thaumcraft starting quests to better match progression in the thaumonomicon.
- make cyclic machines a little more difficult by requiring nuclearcraft machine chassis' in their recipes.

- Enable, but nerf, all vanilla hoes. They're used in some crafting recipes.
- Removed default gendustry recipes for those items with custom recipe changes.
- Twilight Forest portal creation item set to a Beacon. This was the intended item all along.
- Added custom item, Evil Circuit. Used in the creation of RFTools machine frames (maybe
other things in the future too), rather the Forestry's intricate circuit, as that item
was not working well in autocrafting recipes.

- reduced spawn rate of roguelike dungeons. don't want them in EVERY village.
