- Enable, but nerf, all vanilla hoes. They're used in some crafting recipes.
- Removed default gendustry recipes for those items with custom recipe changes.
- Twilight Forest portal creation item set to a Beacon. This was the intended item all along.
- Added custom item, Evil Circuit. Used in the creation of RFTools machine frames (maybe other things in the future too), rather than

  Forestry's intricate circuit, as that item was not working well in autocrafting recipes.
