DUNGEON DIFFICULTY UPDATE! (Also, some small quest tweaks making it easier to buy from Wild Trove)

Structures with hostile mobs now have a level overworld of 1-3, except for one structure called the foundry, nether 3-4, and an end with a level of 5. This ensures every structure has a balanced loot and mob difficulty that fits that. (If you find a structure that doesn't have a level, join the discord or leave a comment to help, thanks!)
