Essence Odyssey

Fixed two issues: two prerequisite-less quests in Chapter 2 are no longer shown; the Engineer's Hammer no longer requires Twilight Forest wrought iron, since that recipe deadlocked — the Blast Furnace has to be built with the hammer itself.

修复两个问题：第二章两张没有前置的任务卡不再显示；工程师锤不再需要暮色森林的锻铁锭 —— 那个改法会和"必须用工程师锤搭建的高炉"互相卡死。
