NOTE: the only thing i made in this modpack is Way More Recipes.
What the mods can do:
-When you chop trees it falls [Falling Trees]
-You get way more recipes (example: turning in iron tools for a little bit less iron) [WMR]
-Leaves fall [Falling Leaves]
-(It says and i quote:) "makes some blocks not fall" [No Falling Blocks]
-You can use waystones (and warpstones) to teleport to other waystones u have unlocked. [Waystones (duh)]
-Enchantment descriptions [Enchantment Descriptions]
-And finally for ERROR 422: You get a limited amount of time (1-ish hour [source: original mod desc]), Place any crops anywhere [can confirm], Creepers can insta explode [can confirm²], And more. (no spoilers :})
