quality of life improvements

added - New weather appearance, made rain now barley visible to make games from bricking, but you can still tell when it rains by the sudden change in color in the sky or the sounds.

added - a new death animation so when the player dies they will get a "You died" screen like a dark souls game.

added - new resource packs such as 3d fishing rods, glowing ores, and new bed textures.

removed - stay true resource pack as it wasn't compatible with connected textures, if you still want to use it then you can add it manually.

fixed - I think I fixed the timed out or closed server crash but I'm not sure iv been running it fine without any issues but let me know if it happens still.
