The Era of Create

This update is a complete overhaul of the previous Version. So i'll release this as a Release Version for now hope you enjoy the newly updated version
- This update has far too many changes to individually show them, but in short Create has been updated to 0.5.0 with the new Trains!
- Many mods were not kept from the previous version
- I'll also update the description of the modpack soon enough as it wouldnt be accurate to what the pack is now, lots of changes incoming inside the configs so enjoy everything that is currently broken
- There might be a lot of performance issues and i'll try to iron them out as i do have a pretty good idea of what is causing those issues
