Changes:

 

- Increased power output of IE diesel generators & IT steam turbines

- Increased the height at which pollution ascends to Y=200 (NOTE: until all existing pollution has ascended, newly created pollution may not function properly)

- Increased the maximum distance that reflectors can be placed in relation to a solar tower (NOTE: solar towers require a pump to extract steam)

- Changed recipes related to framed blocks

- Incorporated additional II features into the questbook

- Incorporated Alternating Flux into the questbook

- Lots of little questbook tweaks & misc. stuff that I can't remember
