Epic Fight Universe

Added playerEx along with attributeFix, because using XP to level up helps with the feeling of progression and is common for fighting/adventure games. Added Stalwart Dungeons because the nether was lacking content, needed a fun dungeon to raid besides nether fortresses. Added forgiving void because it sucks to lose all your stuff forever. Also added craftable saddles and callable horses, to make horses viable. Finally added apple trees revived because it's otherwise nigh impossible to get apples. Hopefully this will be the final version!
