-Fixed some broken and/or missing configs from 1.01.

-Added the mod TipTheScales, this mod is client-side and you can connect to my server on patch 1.01 without issue.

-Added the mod Xaero's Minimap (fair-play edition). The minimap itself is disabled by default, but waypoints are not.

-Removed some of my personal client-only mods that can cause issues with CurseForge, such as Optifine. (This is why 1.01 got deleted)
