Enhanced Improvement (E&I)

Used HitWithAxe to add plank->stair>slab on right-clicking; tweaked how hitwithaxe works on biomes o' plenty logs
Updated config for Vanilla Anvil repair (to allow for repairing of most tools and armors without increasing xp cost)

Added some decorations around the world (overworld)

Simple Dungeon (you know, the underground structure with spawner(s) and stuff ?) loot rework

Changed the way of the Nutrition to make it more of a reward and less of a pain; you'll get some nice potion effects depending on the type stat you increase past 80%

Allowed copper ore to generate once again

Added a bunch of crafting recipes and tweaked some others
Brewing stuff too 

oh and some mods that did not spawn before now do spawn
that said in this update, spiders may or may not spawn (due to shenanigans I tried; I'll revert back the change if I notice they really never spawn later on; you can still get spider loots from Mother Spiders I'll remind you)
